A device for measuring and evaluating the surface magnetic flux density of a magnet that has been magnetized using a probe.
The magnetic measurement device "Magnet Analyzer MA Type" measures the surface of magnetized cylindrical magnets (primarily the rotor or stator of motors) using a gaussmeter to evaluate the magnetization state. The analysis data displays numerical values such as the maximum, minimum, and average peak values of each pole, as well as the angles and areas of each pole. It also provides a two-dimensional display with the X-axis as angle (Deg) and the Y-axis as magnetic flux density (Tesla), and a three-dimensional display with the X-axis as angle (Deg), the Y-axis as position along the rotation axis, and the Z-axis as magnetic flux density (Tesla). 【Features】 ○ A device that measures and evaluates the surface magnetic flux density of magnetized magnets using a probe. ○ The gaussmeter and Hall probe support measurements in three axial directions, allowing simultaneous evaluation of magnetic flux density in the X, Y, and Z directions (only for MA-7315). ○ Measurement data is output in CSV format, making it compatible with general-purpose spreadsheet software. ○ Two types are available: one for cylindrical evaluation and one for planar evaluation.
